in an interview on Joy News by the Deputy chairperson in charge of Corporate Services Dr. Bossman Asare. The EC deputy took time to answer any questions voters are having concerning the new register and voting in 2020.
The exercise will be taking part in 38 days of which if someone is stuck abroad after these days may not have the opportunity to register to vote. He went further to explain the reason for this; it is challenging to secure a pass to conduct registration abroad for Ghanaians stuck there.
As such anyone who wants to be part of the exercise should have been able to come to the country within this evacuation period.
There were many people who are also interested in the measures EC has to make sure voters dont get infected with the coronavirus during registration.
