The National broadcasting corporation with approval from the Federal government of Nigeria has come to a firm decision to ban some songs,
This came few days after the Federal ministry of health had openly aired it displeasure regarding visuals to YBNL Boss Olamide hit track titled “WO!!”
The Ministry explained, the video portrays a bad message that encourages second-hand smoking.
The Federal Ministry of Health posted a Olamide’s “WO” video on twitter captioned;
“The public is informed of the dangerous public health content & violation of 🇳🇬 Tobacco Ctrl Act 2015 in “Wo” by @olamide_YBNL #ClearTheAir”
Also, the National Broadcasting Corporation did not stop there but further went on to ban four other hit tracks.
These banned songs include YBNL boss Olamide’s “Wavy Level“, FALL and IF by DMW Boss, Davido and Living Things by AAR boss, 9ice.
