At the Global Partnership for Education conference, in Senegal, superstar singer Rihanna was present including World Bank president Jim Yong Kim and the leaders of several African nations, according to ABC News.
Singer Rihanna and French President Emmanuel Macron were headlining a meeting in Senegal on Friday raising money for education in poor countries.The Pop singer Rihanna who is currently the global ambassador helped raised funds to improve education in developing nations.

She said “Our work is never done,” Rihanna told the audience. “This is a fight that we are never going to stop fighting until every boy and every girl has access to education.”

During the conference, Macron pledged that France would contribute $248 million to the fund, and called on other world leaders to donate as well.
